Getting to know my Taratulas

Before i wanted to have a Tarantula i did read allot of information about them, everything from how to care for them and how to feed them.

After reading allot about them and after i got myself them i found out that it's  much more complicated than everyone say it is.

First of all, when a Tarantula falls or injures them self it's a 50% chance that it will survive. because an Tarantula's skeleton is so weak and can't take much damage. i have experienced how a tarantula can die from both sickness and falls. two of my T's died not long ago, one of them died of a bad fall and injury that hurt most of her abdomen, and my second one died from some kind of illness. we are not sure what kind of illness yet.

So at the moment i have only 3 Tarantulas that still live. two of them are of the Grammostola Rosea/Portoi family both brown/red colour, and my last T is a Grammostola Pulchra. Brazilian black Tarantula.

They all are really docile but have moments and days when they are really moody and we can't have them out much. they have not tryd to bite me yet, but two of them have showed me their fangs a few times. i know that I'm sometimes taking a risk when they are moody and can bite but it's a risk I'm willing to take.

The type of Tarantula i have are not as dangerous as other spice's can be. their venom is around the same as a bee so not so dangerous, unless you are allergic to it.
